Crynodeb

Noor ul Islam Pre-school is an Ofsted registered pre-school in the heart of Leyton, East London. We provide care and education to 3-5 year olds.

We are looking for a committed, qualified key person to join our team on a short-term contract (4-months) to deliver our vision of providing high quality care and education to shape the next generation.  

We are a dynamic, inclusive pre-school governed by an Islamic ethos.  We want every child to have an enjoyable and beneficial experience and to love learning as they move on to school.  The Key Person role is key to the setting achieving this.  

Our pre-school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and and expects all staff to share this commitment. All posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and references will be required prior to offer and appointment.

The pre-school is very easy to access via a range of public transport (Overground 3 minutes walk, range of bus routes stop right outside, and we are not far from stations on the Central Line and Victoria Line). 

We are looking for someone who:  
- Has a positive disposition  

- Enjoys being around children  

- Believes all children are talented and can achieve  

- Will be an excellent role model for our children   

- Demonstrates and appreciates professionalism in their own conduct  

- Understands the importance and impact of being a great teacher  

- Generates energy in the pre-school, is calm and approachable towards staff, parents and children  

- Has experience of working with children as a key person and holds relevant qualifications (alternatively can demonstrate from their education their capacity to learn very quickly)  

- Has good oral and written communication skills

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8:00AM to 12:00PM (plus, 4:00PM to 5:00PM on Thursdays), Term-Time only.
