We’re offering a fantastic 2-year apprenticeship with our Garden Team at Yotes Court – a garden designed by Chelsea Gold Medal-winning designer Tom Stuart-Smith. Our garden is a stunning mix of formal hedges, topiary, an orchard, woodland garden, wildflower meadow, and vibrant perennial beds.
As an apprentice, you’ll be involved in all aspects of horticulture. Under the guidance of our experienced Head Gardener, you’ll develop your skills, while gaining hands-on experience in maintaining a garden to the highest standard.
You’ll also spend one day a week learning at Hadlow College, so you’ll be gaining qualifications alongside practical experience.

· A hardworking, motivated individual who’s comfortable with physical work in all weather conditions.
· A quick learner, eager to develop skills and knowledge in the field of horticulture.
