In this fulfilling role, you will support teachers in delivering lessons, provide one-to-one and group assistance to students, and help manage classroom activities. Graduate Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them with classwork and building skills in various subjects
• Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring all students are engaged and able to access the curriculum
• Help students with study skills, note-taking, and revision techniques to improve their academic performance
• Assist in classroom management, helping create a positive and focused learning environment
• Support students with exam preparation, boosting their confidence and assisting with revision
• Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to provide support for students with additional learning needs
• Encourage a love for learning and motivate students to engage with all subjects

Graduate Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
Previous experience in tutoring or educational support is desirable but not essential
Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to supporting individual student needs
• A proactive attitude, with a strong desire to help students achieve their academic and personal goals
• An interest in pursuing a career in education
