We are seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join a specialist setting, supporting young adults in their educational and personal development. These are permanent, full-time roles commencing on 1st September.
The Role:
- Support young adults aged 16+ with a range of disabilities in both classroom and community-based learning
- Provide personalised, 1:1 or small-group support tailored to individual needs
- Foster independence, confidence, and life skills development
About You:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities (children or adults) is essential.
- Calm, compassionate, and adaptable in your approach
