Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, Permanent RoleAre you passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs? Do you have experience working with adults with disabilities or in children's care homes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team in September on a full-time basis. This role will begin as a 12-week temporary position, transitioning into a permanent contract thereafter.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with complex needs in an educational setting.
- Assist in delivering structured learning activities and ensuring a nurturing environment.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to promote inclusive education.
- Encourage independence and social engagement amongst students.

- Experience in UK-based roles supporting adults with disabilities or children in care homes.
