The Role
- Provide one-on-one and group support for students with diverse needs
- Assist in learning activities, life skills development, and social engagement
- Work across different departments and year groups as required
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support teams to meet student needs
- Help foster a positive and stimulating learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with SEN students (essential)
- A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
- Flexibility to work across various year groups and departments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
