We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hire Desk Administrator to join our team at our Peterborough Depot. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Daily Responsibilities
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of a busy hire office, supporting the management team.
• Communicating professionally with customers, handling enquiries, and taking orders.
• Managing all hire processes, including hire contracts, exchanges, and breakdowns, while updating our Hire and CRM systems.
• Providing advice to customers on equipment needs and resolving queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
