Think Pink is non-profit and supports women just like you to start your career as a taxi driver, giving you the opportunity to be self-employed so you can be in control of your hours. Its flexible if you have family commitments, its well-paid and its rewarding as you can be the first to become part of the Think Pink drivers community – women supporting women.
We work together with our fleet partner whose coverage includes Peterborough.
Requirements:
1) Do you have the right to work in the UK?
2) Have you had a UK driving licence for at least 12 months?
3) No convictions on your driving licence related to drink / drug / mobile phone related charges.
4) Less than 6 points on your license
5) Comfortable wit driving both male & female passengers
Full time (40 hours) a branded fleet car can be rented.
Earn up to £40,000
Flexible working hours
To Start:
You will need a private hire driver's license. If you don’t already have one Think Pink will help you through the process.
Earnings and Support:
You'll be self-employed, your earning is based on your hours. 30hrs + which includes some *peak times is advisable: *6/7am–10am, *2pm-6pm, *7pm-11pm and week-end hours.
Think Pink offers a strong community of women drivers for support and mentorship when you are on the road including benefits of free tax- returns for year one.
Think Pink works to support you in collaboration with our fleet partner who provides operational support and driver payment.

Responsibilities
Safely operate the Think Pink Taxi, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of passengers.
Maintain a valid driving license and adhere to all traffic regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, including effective communication with passengers.
Assist with heavy lifting of luggage or packages as needed.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure safety and reliability.
Document delivery routes and maintain accurate records of trips.
