Crynodeb
You will be responsible for dealing with a caseload of planning applications and responding to pre-application enquiries in relation to proposed development queries, and will be supported through your learning and development within this exciting profession.
You may have had previous experience of providing planning advice, although this is not necessary for the role, and will need to be an extremely organised person, able to take responsibility for your own work and at the same time contribute to the overall team performance.
Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to deliver high-quality advice in a timely manner and efficiently manage a caseload of applications. The ability to gain a swift, good working knowledge of relevant legislation, planning policy and guidance is also required.
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
