The Sales Support Executive is an instrumental role within the BCA Partner Finance Sales team. Reporting to the Account Services Manager, the Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing day to day assistance to Area Sales Managers and ensuring the customer journey is seamless as possible.

This is a 9-month Fixed-Term-Contract position.

Key Responsibilities


Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses
Process Part-Exchange Vehicle applications, liaising with dealers and Accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency
Add Risk Alerts on new accounts and assist Credit & Risk teams with investigations
Manage customer accounts, including opening/closing, record maintenance, and password setup
Handle vehicle funding through internal schemes, including end-to-end processing, valuation, and dealer communication
Coordinate auction vehicle funding and ensure compliance with checks, limits, and fund availability
Support dealers with Vendor account setup and resale processes via DealerPro
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
Assist with onboarding and setup of Approved Suppliers and process related vehicle applications
Deliver CALMS system training to new customers and provide ongoing support
Monitor debtors, seek temporary credit approvals, and proactively manage vehicle funding
