Oversee daily operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring top-tier care
Lead & develop a team of dedicated care professionals
Manage care packages, ensuring high standards & compliance
Maintain strong relationships with external agencies & families
Get hands-on with spot checks, audits & staff training
Participate in on-call rota for emergency support
✔ Experience in domiciliary care with a leadership background
✔ Supervisory experience & a passion for developing teams
✔ Willingness to work towards or hold Level 5 Health & Social Care Diploma
✔ Strong English literacy & numeracy skills
