As an OD Consultant, you will design and implement workforce strategies aligned with our long-term goals, collaborating with senior leaders to embed our values framework. Focusing on a collaborative, innovative culture, you’ll shape the overall employee experience and drive a positive organisational culture.
Key responsibilities include crafting OD strategies that align with our Workforce Strategy, leading inclusive practices to promote diversity and equality, supporting change initiatives, and enhancing adaptability across teams. You will partner with departments to create workforce plans that meet the organisation’s evolving needs, ensuring the right skills are in place.
We are seeking an OD professional with expertise in inclusivity, cultural transformation, and complex change management. You will have a strong background in organisational development or change management gained through experience, education, or self-study and a track record of leading initiatives across diverse workforces. You bring with your extensive experience in organisational development, preferably within the public sector or similarly complex settings, with proven success in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. A strategic mindset and experience in coordinating cross-functional, multi-agency projects are essential, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovative workforce development.
