Crynodeb
Quality and Governance Leadership Assist the Partners with the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance systems and processes. Provide advice and guidance on quality and governance matters to the Business Partner and wider practice team. Complaints Management Act as the primary point of contact for all practice-related complaints. Ensure the complaints procedure is followed according to established guidelines. Log and track all complaints, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. Prepare reports summarising complaint trends and lessons learned. Significant Event Analysis (SEA) Coordinate the documentation, review, and analysis of significant events. Organise SEA meetings and ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved. Track actions arising from SEA reviews and ensure implementation within agreed timelines. Practice Audit Timetable Develop and maintain the annual practice audit timetable. Work with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely completion of audits. Compile and present audit findings to the Business Partner, identifying key trends and areas for improvement. Meetings Organisation Schedule and organise meetings, including Partner, clinical, and operational meetings. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation. Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed. Action Tracker Coordination Maintain action trackers for key operational and strategic initiatives. Ensure actions are assigned, monitored, and completed within set deadlines. Provide regular updates to the Business Partner on action progress.
