Responsibilities:
• Develop email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute email campaigns, considering audience segmentation, timing, and content relevance.
• Write compelling email copy that resonates with the target audience.
• Design visually appealing emails
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
• Personalize email content and messaging to increase relevance and engagement.
• Monitor key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Use analytics and insights to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Monitor email deliverability and take steps to minimize spam and maximize inbox placement.
• Set up automated email campaigns (e.g., abandoned cart reminders) to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM systems and email marketing platforms to manage email lists, workflows, and automation.
• Generate reports on email campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience or passion in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for technology and customer-centric marketing.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
