Our ideal candidate for this role will have: Full GMC registration and relevant degree(MBChB or equivalent). GMC GP or Specialist register with a license to practice. Participation in yearly appraisals. Right to work in the UK. M/FRCGP or equivalent, with MFMLM qualification or in the process of obtaining it. Passion for driving a preventative-first approach across the ICB and region. Understanding of clinical governance, quality issues, and health & social policy. Strong strategic leadership skills with an understanding of NHS operations at an ICB level Broad medical knowledge, including primary, secondary, tertiary, and community care, with expertise in key care pathways. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations within a multidisciplinary team. Previous clinical leadership experience, including system redesign of clinical pathways. Evidence of additional clinical skills and a drive to transform health and care. Prior commissioning experience. A driving license and access to a car is preferable due to travel across our BSW services being a requirement of the role.
