Summary
The ideal candidate will have the following essential criteria: Educated to degree level in IT, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of IT service management frameworks. Proven experience in IT relationship management, business partnering, or service delivery roles within a complex environment. Strong background in stakeholder engagement and managing service expectations. Experience in healthcare or public sector organisations is highly desirable.
