We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Little Stars Day Nursery in the role of Early Years Practitioner. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Level 2/3 Early Years’ Practitioner to join our friendly team within a very busy established nursery. You will be a key person to a group of children responsible for planning, report writing, observing and supporting all children and their needs. within the role you will use Tapestry to publish observations, therefore if you have this it would be beneficial, but not essential as we train you on this. The person will need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a large setting, prioritising workloads and managing tasks.
This position is for Monday to Friday 11:30am -2:30am term time only.
About the person
The suitable candidate must hold at least a level 2/3 qualification in early years which is full and relevant.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children from birth to five year’s old and enhancing their learning and development.
Safeguarding qualification is desirable as is, SEN training, paediatric first aid and food hygiene.
Versatile communicative skills such as verbal, written and being able to converse in different situations.
Professionalism within everything you do.
To have a good sense of humour and a fun, bubbly person!
