Summary
Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is a family-run, year round visitor attraction and home to the famous Rattler Cyder! A fantastic opportunity is available to join our busy Sales Team, to become part of an iconic Cornish business, and to make your mark as Sales Support Administrator.
In this role you will provide an exceptional level of administrative support to the business to include all office and external sales administration duties, helping to ensure Healeys continues to deliver first-rate levels of service for our customers & colleagues.
Hours: 32 hours (9am - 3pm Mon-Fri), flexibility available
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and deal with all incoming phone calls, resolving or directing where necessary within agreed timescales.
Supporting with all customer enquiries, including bookings, orders and general farm enquiries, and resolving promptly.
Ensure all incoming emails are answered / forwarded where appropriate for all customer facing inboxes and clearing within agreed timescales.
Coordinate and process all outgoing post within agreed timescales.
Responsibility for our mail order function. Updating the website, monitoring & processing orders as well as communicating with our delivery partner regarding customer orders and enquiries to ensure that customer queries are resolved promptly.
Supporting the sales team with taking, processing and invoicing external sales orders.
Support our EDI’ing process to ensure invoices are input timely & accurately to ensure prompt payment.
Ordering office stationery, supplies and sundries where necessary.
Performance of general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
To be open to completing tasks which may fall outside of your role or remit with a positive, sleeves rolled up mentality
Any other activity/tasks as and when requested by the Directors.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer facing role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365.
A valid driver’s licence.
Experience in a corporate environment or high growth business (desirable)
Skills
The ability to be proactive with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Confident in working with all levels of seniority
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of quality and accuracy in all tasks
Good organisational and time management skills – able to manage several tasks simultaneously
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
