As an Account Executive within our sales team, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. You’ll provide tailored insurance solutions, manage accounts post-sale, and ensure client needs are consistently met. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities include securing new business, developing existing accounts, and ensuring performance targets are met. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of client service, regularly visiting customers, and representing the company at industry events. Compliance with FCA regulations and company best practices is essential.

Candidates should have provenexperience in a similar role within the insurance industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. A proactive and results-driven approach, alongside the ability to identify business opportunities, will be highly valued. Knowledge of Acturis or similar systems and a Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to work towards it) would be an advantage.
