We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of IT to take the lead in shaping our technology strategy and digital
transformation.
The Opportunity
As Head of IT, you’ll lead, mentor, and inspire a talented IT team of 7 to deliver best-in-class solutions that support and enable
our ambitious growth plans, including applications/ERP, infrastructure, and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and deliver major IT projects, migrations, and transformations
✅ Oversee application architecture, network and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT helpdesk operations
✅ Develop and execute our digital strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director, Business Development Director, and
Category & Marketing Director.
✅ Manage departmental budgets and vendor relationships to ensure performance and value
✅ Drive technology in alignment with business strategy and act as the key escalation point for system degradations, outages or
crises.
✅ Build strong relationships with branches, departments, and the wider Nestware group to leverage technology for business success
✅ Foster sustainability and ESG-conscious IT practices
You: You’re a strategic thinker, an inspiring leader, and a hands-on problem-solver with a track record of delivering technology
transformation.
* Proven leadership in IT strategy and team development
* Strong experience in infrastructure, application architecture, and cybersecurity
