Our clients and industry bodies are becoming increasingly upskilled in fire safety systems, compliance and regulation and as a result are now engaging more heavily with businesses such as CLM to ensure specialism and compliance.
The Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Labourer to join our Social Housing team. You will play a key role in assisting with the installation and maintenance of passive fire protection systems. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started in the field, we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the installation of fire-rated barriers, sealants, and coatings.
• Preparing and cleaning work areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Transporting and handling materials and tools as required.
• Supporting tradespeople in completing passive fire protection tasks.
• Adhering to workplace safety protocols and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
• Interested in construction, labouring, or passive fire protection (preferred but not essential).
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
