The Best Connection has partnered with a leading client based in Uddingston, and they are urgently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start.
What you'll be doing: Overseeing the quality of all stages in the production process, ensuring products meet specifications during production, packing, and raw material intake checks. Ensuring products comply with customer specifications and quality standards. Implementing processes to maintain staff hygiene and adherence to factory rules. Collaborating with the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point team to uphold product safety and quality. Investigating customer complaints and ensuring corrective actions are promptly taken. What we're looking for: A passion for delivering outstanding results and a drive to exceed expectations. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business. A professional approach and attitude in all aspects of work. Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role is essential.
