Summary


Responsible for: The rehabilitation practitioner will work under guidance of qualified physiotherapists, to undertake assessment and management of selected patients within St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust and carry out duties supporting the smooth functioning of the service

Key working relationships: Patients, supervising physiotherapist, clinical team leads, administrative staff, referring clinicians, families / carers, GP’s, community services, statutory and voluntary agencies, and MDT colleagues.
























































• Support physiotherapists in delivering classes and able to autonomously deliver them.
• Good organisation and time management
• Provide 1:1 rehabilitation of patients following an assessment from a physiotherapist
• Support the operational running of the department e.g. ordering, stock checks, equipment safety checks.

Successful candidates will work for a leading MSK outpatient department. As a teaching hospital they will have lots of opportunity for personal and professional development and have the opportunity to work with experienced physiotherapy practitioners.
