An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Community Liaison Administrator to work within the University of Glasgow on a permanent basis.
In this role, the successful candidate provide high quality administrative support to the Summer Programmes and Community Engagement team within Widening Participate and Lifelong Learning (WP&LLL). They will support the delivery of the University of Glasgow’s Senior Phase tutoring programme, working will colleagues and partners to achieve positive outcomes. Acting as a key point of contact between the University of Glasgow and the IntoUniversity centre team to support the delivery of IU’s programme with children and young people in the Maryhill area. Providing administrative support to enable the partnership to function well. Liaise with internal and external partners and stakeholders to maximize the broader community impact of the programme. The successful candidate will spend 1 day per week supporting tutoring programmes and 1.5 days supporting the work of the University of Glasgow and IntoUniversity.
Salary will be Grade 5, £26,038 - £30,505 per annum pro rata.
This post is part-time (17 hours per week), and has funding up to the 31st July 2025.
