Support Nursing Home Manager – Suffolk & Norfolk
Location: Suffolk & Norfolk Region
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Support Nursing Home Manager to oversee their Nursing Homes across Suffolk and Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with strong managerial experience in a nursing home setting to take on a regional leadership role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
- Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of compliance, financial management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Nursing Home Managers, ensuring homes are compliant with the support of the Operations Manager
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold industry standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe, high-quality care environment
- Provide leadership and mentorship to healthcare teams
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and procurement
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Implement and monitor KPIs and performance reporting systems
