Summary

Support Nursing Home Manager – Suffolk & Norfolk

Location: Suffolk & Norfolk Region
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance
Flexibility to travel is essential

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Support Nursing Home Manager to oversee their Nursing Homes across Suffolk and Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with strong managerial experience in a nursing home setting to take on a regional leadership role.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of compliance, financial management, and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities:

Support Nursing Home Managers, ensuring homes are compliant with the support of the Operations Manager
Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold industry standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe, high-quality care environment
Provide leadership and mentorship to healthcare teams
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and procurement
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
Implement and monitor KPIs and performance reporting systems
