As a member of the Deskside Team, you will be dealing with service calls relating to IT devices and applications, as well as responsible for designing, creating, supporting & improving new and existing deskside-related infrastructure services, products and platforms.
You'll be exposed to technology such as:
-Microsoft, Apple and Linux technologies and services including Entra, Office 365, Teams, Exchange and Sharepoint
-Application and Operating system deployment using SCCM and Intune
-Virtualisation technologies including VDI
-Networking technologies including RAS and Wifi
-Telephony, Room booking and meeting room technologies
-Print management services.
Along with an interest in technology, you'll need problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot on technology issues, ability to communicate comfortably with a range of colleagues via a range of mediums (electronically, over the phone, in person) and confidence to take ownership of issues and see them to completion.
