Responsibilities
Assist the Team Manager in the daily operations of the London MOC practice.
Support in developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and service delivery.
Contribute to staff training programs, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among staff.
Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards and operational policies.
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
Facilitate team meetings and communicate updates and objectives effectively.
Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and represent the practice at relevant meetings.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a professional services environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.
A degree in management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
