CNC Machine Operator - Leeds

Following the installation of a new multimillion pound machine investment, ASD have vacancies for experienced CNC machine operators.

Hours of work are: 0600hrs -1400hrs, 1400hrs - 2200hrs or 2200hrs - 0600hrs
Key accountabilities:
Based at our site in Leeds we are looking for CNC Machine operators. The role will involve operating heavy machinery
The site processes thousands of tonnes of steel each week and so health and safety is a primary concern for us. As such, you’ll be given full training on how to operate all the machinery in our site as well as manual handling and general health and safety training.
What you’ll need:
To be successful in the role you will have experience operating a plasma profiling machine, Drill / Saw Machine or similar, FLTs & overhead cranes, preferably in a manufacturing, Steel environment, warehousing or distribution. We will also expect all applicants to show a real passion for health and safety and want to be a part of continually improving our site.
