Grade: Level 1 Technician
Shift Pattern:** Monday to Friday, 05:30–14:00 / 13:30–22:00 (rotating)
About the Role
Join a leading global manufacturing plant during a period of growth. We’re seeking a proactive and reliable Machine Operator to support our chemical mixing and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor automated mixing machines to ensure correct chemical and liquid volumes
- Weigh and load raw materials into mixing tanks
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)
- Adjust temperature and flow meter controls based on tank readings
- Record production data and output accurately
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Machine Operations within a Manufacturing Environment
- Comfortable with rotating shift work (Monday to Friday)
- COSHH awareness and up-to-date Health & Safety knowledge
- Strong initiative and a positive, can-do attitude
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Checkable work history
- Own PPE is essential
Important: Due to the site location and shift times, candidates must be able to commute reliably to and from the site.
