CLCH Community Planned Care Services are currently seeking a motivated registered nursing associate (band 4) to join our community based service in West locality of Barnet.

If so, an exciting new opportunity is available for a registered nursing associate (Band 4) to join our Planned Integrated Care Service.
Barnet Planned service provide community Nursing services to Barnet CCG and is split into three locality teams.
This post will be located in the West of the Barnet localities.
The post holder will work closely with the registered nurses, senior nurses and team leads to develop the service and maintain close working relationships with both acute and community services.
