Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00

We work in partnership with each of our trusts to ensure we support staff shortages across the wards, seamlessly and efficiently. We are now looking for a Onboarding Team Leader to join us and provide ongoing support to and mentorship to the wider team. As a Team Leader in the Onboarding department, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient welcome for all new candidates joining Bank Partners. Your primary focus will be to promptly and seamlessly onboard new candidates, ensuring the fulfilment of client and fill rate demands. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, taking a proactive approach to ensure candidates are successfully placed and ready to start working in a timely manner.

Every day you will…
Oversee the Onboarding Team whilst inspiring and motivating team members to achieve great things
Ensure candidates are fully supported through the onboarding process facilitates quick placement out to work and enables a positive overall experience of joining Bank Partners.
Look after candidate inductions for Bank Partners and the relevant trusts, ensuring a thorough but timely welcome is facilitated to meet client demand and fast placement out to work.
Be responsible for ensuring candidates have completed all required processes, including payroll and system set up and have been provided all mandatory items for their first Bank Partners placement.
