Completely Care are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Registered Children's Home Manager to lead and manage one of our clients children’s homes during a transitional period. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make an immediate impact and ensure the continued success of our service.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the home operates in compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
Lead and support a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, including staffing, budgets, and operational plans.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
Maintain the safety, well-being, and development of all children in the home.
Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including families, social workers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home standards.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
A clear enhanced DBS check.
