Summary
Your new company
Our client is a leading insurance firm with a strong presence in the North West. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate of 5+ PQE to join their Abuse and Social Care department. It is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days a week in the office. Previous experience of claimant or defendant abuse and social care work is essential.
Your new role
This Abuse Senior Associate position will see you responsible for your own caseload of abuse and social care files with minimal supervision. You may also assist team members in large, complex cases when required. Files will include, but are not limited to, care home claims, child sexual exploitation claims, institutional abuse, sports abuse and human rights claims.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or lawyer with 5+ years PQE. Previous experience of claimant or defendant abuse and social care claims is essential. You must have excellent pre-litigation and litigation experience. Successful applicants will have previous supervisory experience, including mentoring, target-setting and appraisals.
