This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our business during an exciting period of growth!
Job Description
• Managing daily invoices and letters received, these will need scanning and saving, sent to correct departments where necessary
• Managing Finance email inbox
• Communicating with suppliers via emails and phone regarding invoices and payments
• Assisting director with supplier and branch related matters by email and phone
• Managing finance/accounts related excel databases
• Assisting accounts with HMRC queries by email and phone
• Assisting accounts team with managing aged supplier/customer balances
• Assisting accounts team with supplier/customer reconciliation
• Managing till reports, reconciling them with cash and card income
• Helping with ad-hoc finance/accounts related projects
Candidate Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• Experience using SAGE accounts & SAGE payroll software
• Strong Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Strong communication skills
Job Offer
Start Date: Feb/Mar-2025
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person, from our HQ in Walsall, West Midlands
