We are looking for recent University of Bolton graduate to join our expanding International Student Support Team within the Student Services & Experience Directorate. In the 2 year fixed-term role of International Student Support Co-ordinator (Graduate Intern, graduated from the University of Bolton in the last two years) you will work with the team to facilitate and deliver the international student experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
provide a professional and customer-focussed first point of contact for international students
support international students’ welcome, induction and orientation, providing them with pastoral and academic support
triage initial enquiries, co-ordinating international students’ access to appointments and drop-ins with the team
signpost international students to appropriate internal and external support
work with the team to identify and address challenges in delivering effective international student support
accurately record and document all interactions with international students
work with team from across the University to ensure activities are inclusive of international students
work flexibly as part of the wider in Student Services team to deliver effective student support across the University
