An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager with 1years' experience to join awell-established estate agency. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £26,000 - £28,000.

As a Junior Property Manager, you will supervise tenancy matters, including general maintenance, repairs, and resolving issues that arise during the tenancy.

You will be responsible for:

- Oversee the daily management of two large residential blocks located in Basingstoke.

- Coordinate contractor activities by issuing job orders, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently, and managing associated invoicing and payments.

- Conduct routine property inspections across the Basingstoke portfolio, delivering detailed reports to landlords and addressing any tenant concerns.

- Work closely with the Director to ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements, maintaining effective communication with both landlords and tenants to uphold compliance standards.

What we are looking for:

- Previously worked as a Junior Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Property Administrator or in a similar role.

- At least 1 year experience in property management.

- Strong organisational and communication.

- Valid UK driving licence.

Shifts:

- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm

- 1 in 3 Saturday: 10am - 3pm
