Detailed job description and main responsibilities: Liaise with a wide range of clinical staff. Working with multidisciplinary teams, both community and inpatient services. Contact with Services Users and Carers. Liaising with Health and Social Care teams. Liaise with other statutory agencies e.g. Police, Ministry of Justice etc. Responsible for the coordination of clinics for the team Consultant. Diary management for team Consultant. Oversee the waiting list for team Consultant. Using a variety of AWP systems, including RiO, DrDoctor, Business World. Answering the main phones for the team and dealing with enquiries. Taking accurate messages and passing them on in a timely manner. Uploading and recording information on RiO (Patient Electronic file). Taking minutes of team meetings. Typing clinical letters and posting them, ensuring a copy is upload to RiO. Ordering supplies, including non-stock orders. Cross cover for Lead Administrator, when required. And any other general administrative task.
