Arrange for training on equipment liaising with operational services and companies. Arrange for training videos and documents to be accessible to operational services. Provide administrative support to the process of External Assurance testing through ordering of consumables. Ensure all requests for repairs, maintenance/service, acceptance testing, decommissioning and equipment loans are logged and work orders raised on the EQUIP equipment managementdatabase. Booking in and booking out of medical equipment and updating the asset register. Creating courier jobs for delivery and pick up of equipment. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Devices Team, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks. This will include being a focal point of contact for HCT staff regarding the servicing and repair of medical equipment.
