Your new company
One of our clients in Redhill are recruiting a Billings Manager.
Your new role
- Ensure correct billing, resolve errors, and validate invoices before sending them to customers.
- Responsible for the monthly billing cycles.
- Oversee systems for accurate billing and customer account management.
- Manage and train the Billing team, and be the go-to expert.
- Handle activations, deactivations, and package changes promptly.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to complete processes accurately and on time.
- Generate reports, manage ticketing queues, and resolve queries and complaints quickly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record in delivering high-level global customer service.
- Vital for ensuring accuracy in billing and provisioning processes.
- The ability to quickly resolve or escalate issues.
- Proficiency in Excel (creating pivot tables, charts, and lookup queries)
