Key Responsibilities 1. Working as part of the STAC team in the delivery of the ESIP pilot. 2. To collate, analyse and present outcome data connected with ESIP 3. To deliver ESIP sessions with partners under the supervision of the practitioner psychologist. 4. To coordinate referrals for ESIP pilot under the supervision of the practitioner psychologist. 5. To maintain the referral and outcome data for the ESIP project under direction of the practitioner psychologist. Patient Care 1. To deliver ESIP sessions jointly with partners, under supervision of the practitioner psychologist. 2. To assist in organisation of communication of ESIP sessions with partners and to contact referrals. 3. To attend multiagency reviews with partners. Responsibility for Administration 1. To maintain to a high standard clinical record keeping of those referred to ESIP. 2. To contribute to the development, evaluation and monitoring of the teams operational policies and services and participate in the development of high quality, responsive and accessible services. 3. To utilise theory, evidence-based literature and research to support evidence-based practice in individual work with other team members. Responsibility for IT and Digital Systems/Services 1. To use IT and Digital Systems in line with NHS policy and practice. Research And Development 1. To contribute to the development, evaluation and monitoring of the teams operational policies and services and participate in the development of high quality, responsive and accessible services. 2. To utilise theory, evidence-based literature and research to support evidence-based practice in individual work with other team members. General All staff are responsible for the continual compliance with CQC standards and outcomes. The postholder must be aware of, and work in line with, the Trusts Safeguarding Adults and Children procedures. Personal Development All staff are required to be appraised by their line managers at least once a year at a personal development review meeting where progress made over the last year is discussed and agreed. Focus on the following years departmental and personal objectives will be identified, discussed and agreed. Where necessary, help and support will be provided, and development opportunities agreed in line with service provision and the knowledge and skills competency framework.
