You will be responsible for providing information, advice, and support to residents, ensuring they have access to resources that promote sustainable living. Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on sustainable housing practices to residents and developers.
Conduct assessments of housing projects to evaluate sustainability and compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement community programs focused on sustainability education and awareness.
Collaborate with local authorities to support the development of sustainable housing policies.
Assist residents in identifying resources and financial assistance for sustainable upgrades.
Organize workshops and events to promote sustainable living practices within the community.
Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives and projects.
Requirements
A relevant degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
Experience in sustainable housing practices or community engagement.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability assessment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and report on sustainability metrics and outcomes.
Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in housing practices.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.09
