Care coordinator required to work on our electronic call monitoring system (CM) developing rota's, taking calls into the main office and monitoring care calls are logged on our CM system. The successful placement will work on a rota covering shifts on a rolling rota. ranging from earlies 7am starts, days and evenings till 10pm. covering a rolling rota which includes working every other weekend. an example of the 4 week rolling rota can be shared if requested. The candidate will have a mixture of working 2 office days per week and the remainder working from home.
it would be supportive if the candidate has experience of rota planning in domiciliary care settings.
must be able to communicate clearly to manage calls into the office and customer service skills

Essential:
As a regular and intrinsic part of this role requires you to speak to members of the public in English, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential and consistent with the requirements of this role. This role also requires you to be polite and courteous when conversing with the public.
Competent when using the IT systems and ability to maintain electronic records in accordance with statutory requirements and data protection policy.
Experience of working in an adult social care environment
Ability to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team while managing workload effectively, prioritising work and adopting a flexible can-do approach to changing demands of the service.
Experience of working with an electronic rota allocation system
To be flexible and able to work to a rolling rota, to include alternate weekends, earlies and lates, which may include some working from home.
Desirable:
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in social care/IT
