Direct Reports: Maintenance Director, Construction Director, and Commercial Director
About the Role:
As Managing Director at HMS, you'll lead a thriving organisation with circa 850 – 900 dedicated employees and an annual turnover
exceeding £127million. This is a unique opportunity to oversee multi-million-pound budgets, drive sustainable growth, and ensure
profits are reinvested into social initiatives. You'll set strategic direction, foster innovation, and champion excellence across
all areas of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership in commercial repairs, maintenance, or construction businesses.
* Strategic vision with experience in driving operational excellence and financial growth.
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CIOB or RICS) or commitment to achieving them.
* Strong commitment to health and safety, equality, and diversity.
* Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and engage teams.
