Crynodeb
You may be required to work in other designated locations of the Trust as well as your primary base. In particular, flexibility is required across the three main hospital sites (Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital and Glenfield Hospital). If your initial location is one of these sites excess travel reimbursement would not apply for a permanent or temporary change of base. Day to day operational responsibility for ensuring that the range of Facilities functions including at ward level, Portering, Linen Services and Managing the Waste on-site, Post are delivered.To provided efficiently and cost effectively service, at the agreed quality and according to UHL requirements. Demonstrate clear leadership of the services and staff which motivates all staff to achieve high quality services maintain good staff morale and support staff progression.
