About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Second Man or Apprentice Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer. This role offers hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, working alongside experienced engineers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting senior engineers with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Carrying out basic manual tasks such as lifting, drilling, and preparing equipment.
Learning the ropes of the HVAC industry through on-the-job training and guidance.
Ensuring a clean and safe work environment at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous manual work experience is required, ideally in the engineering or construction industry.
Skills: Strong practical skills and the ability to work with tools.
Physical Fitness: Comfortable working in varied environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
Team Player: Willing to collaborate with others and learn on the job.
Driving License: A valid license is a plus but not essential for apprentices.
