- Provide general classroom support, assisting the teacher with daily lessons and activities.
- Deliver small group interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and other targeted areas.

- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience supporting students in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff.
