We are looking for a dedicated Childminding Assistant to join our team and help support the daily care and development of children in a loving and structured setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the care, supervision, and activities of children (ages [insert age range]).
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children to learn and play.
• Support with mealtimes, ensuring children are well-fed and their individual needs are met.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children.
• Follow all safety and health guidelines, and report any concerns promptly.
• Work closely with the childminder to develop and implement age-appropriate learning and play activities.
• Foster positive relationships with both children and their families.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children is preferred (childcare, education, or related fields).
• A warm, caring, and patient attitude with a passion for working with young children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior staff.
• A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
