Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of building sites to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Review and assess construction plans and documentation for accuracy and adherence to standards.
Prepare detailed reports on findings from inspections, including recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with architects, builders, and contractors to resolve issues related to building code compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff on regulatory standards.
Stay informed about changes in building codes and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance in projects.
Provide technical support and consultation to stakeholders regarding building practices and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in surveying, construction management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
Proven experience in building inspection or surveying roles, preferably in a regulatory capacity.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
