What the day job looks like:
In this full-time role as a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Day to day customer management and contact across multiple categories in each customer.
• Recommending and implementing promotional plans and in store activation (trade marketing) to deliver growth in a profitable way.
• Management and nominating of promotions and tracking compliance.
• Building category stories to facilitate the listing of new SKUs and grow distribution of existing SKUs.
• Track spending to ensure that we get the best return and do not overspend
• Tracking business performance and making recommendations to improve performance.
• Providing regularly updated forecasts by customer for supply chain within 25% forecast accuracy.
• Managing and administering multiple customer performance reports.
• Working with all business departments (customer services, planning, purchasing and production) to provide information required to fulfil Multiple customer orders.
• Monitoring and reporting on future sales and marketing activity to help clarify operational support requirements.
• To contribute to the Health & Safety, Food Safety and Socio-Environmental Belazu values, and to help achieve the company wide objectives that are communicated on an on going basis.

• You have experience in FMCG sales, marketing, or account management
• You possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• You're a proactive self-starter with a keen attention to detail.

This role may not be for you if:
• You are not collaborative and do not have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• You aren’t a self-starter.
• You struggle with time management, reliability, deadlines, or working effectively as part of a team
• You do not enjoy tasks that require you to be organized and have an eye for details.

Terms
• 40 hrs/wk 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (flexibility with regard to start time i.e. provisions can be made for an 8am start)
• Hybrid role
• Probationary period 3 months
• Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
• 30% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role
